What we collect
When you register for a briefing or send a partner enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, organisation, role and any message or question you choose to add.
Why we use it
We use your details to send the material you requested, to run the briefing you registered for, and to send occasional Community Loop updates about nodes and briefings. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
Every update email carries an unsubscribe link. To request access, correction or deletion, email hello@communityloop.org.
